Gertrude’s Institute of Child Health & Research is embedded within Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital the most established tertiary paediatric referral and teaching hospital in Eastern and Central Africa. Since 1999, the Institute has trained 3200+ specialised nurses, emergency care providers, and paediatric professionals through immersive, hands-on clinical education delivered inside the hospital environment by practicing specialists.
