How you receive and understand your test results.

• When results are ready your clinician will review them and contact you with any important findings and next steps.
• Where available, results may also appear on our secure patient portal for you to view. If you see a result online and are unsure what it means, contact your clinician for an explanation.
• For critical or unexpected results, staff will call you directly to discuss urgent follow-up.
